DB-Text is able to import, edit and manage the most universal and common used format for data, the text based format, CSV (comma separated) or TSV (tab separated), used by everyone to distribute small and medium size data collections avoiding any compatibility problem.

The text format is widely accepted by any software on any platform to import and export data.

The problem is, often we manage these files using text editors, designed and realized with another use in mind

DB-Text allows to import these text data format inside DB-Text documents to view, manage and edit them in a fast, easy and native way

DB-Text can import data both in CSV, comma separated text format or in TSV, tab separated text format coming from Windows, Unix and OS X.

Data can be manipulated and exported as text (as they were imported) or saved inside a native DB-Text document
