Che la tua dieta sia sana, dimagrante, ricostituente, abbronzante o ipoglicemica a Calories poco importa. Stabilisci gli obiettivi indicando il numero di calorie o la quantità di principi nutrizionali da assumere e puoi iniziare subito.
Il vantaggio di Calories è che contiene già una lista di dettagliata di cibi e piatti pronti con relative informazioni nutrizionali. Ogni volta che vorrai aggiornarlo ti basterà posizionarti sulle schede colazione, pranzo, cena o snack e cercare il piatto che hai mangiato. Puoi specificare la quantità e l'unità di misura più adatta alle tue esigenze.

Calories calcola automaticamente le calorie che hai assunto. Individua anche le proporzioni di carboidrati, proteine, grassi e zuccheri evidenziandole in una barra di progressione colorata. Puoi così osservare l'evolversi della tua dieta graficamente e accorgerti con un colpo d'occhio se c'è qualcosa di scorretto nel tuo regime alimentare.
