I don't know - it's been a while, since BRR successfully decrypted a Bluray for me. Now I'm just using MakeMKV which decrypted about 90-95 % of all Blurays I try without retrieving the neccessary keys via internet - and it does the remuxing on the fly. Its free while in beta. The only downside is that you may have to disable subtitle ripping for later processing via Handbrake (otherwise Handbrake won't open the rips) and sometimes reencode video w/o muxing audio in Handbrake for the same reason.
