Tiffen DFX v2 for OSX
KCNCrew gets all the credit for the hard part. I just updated pkg files to pre-install the [K'd] bits so all you have to do is follow the activation routine. I've run into a lot of people who couldn't figure this one out on their own. Instructions for activating (taken and edited from Sept KCNcrew are included in each file. Developer's product info site: http://www.tiffen.com/dfx_v2_home.html For Aperture: http://rapidshare.com/files/142888277/tdv2aperk.zip http://rapidshare.com/files/142876927/tdv2ppk.zip http://rapidshare.com/files/142908087/tdv2fcpk.zip http://rapidshare.com/files/143459162/tdfxv2aek-fixed.zip Last edited by mrelcee; September 7th, 2008 at 09:59 PM. |

Are you sure about the photoshop version? I just uninstalled, killed all preferences and the license key from /library and reinstalled. It all worked and I have confirmation from several people that it worked for them as well. i also have no reason to believe the after effects version is not working. I don't have after effects installed so I cannot test it, but I have checked and rechecked, and i applied the patched fxtool the same way and recreated the pax archive inside the pkg file in the same manner. |

Great! Thank You!
![]() I'll let you know if AE version works. well it doesn't work... BUT! Download http://rapidshare.com/files/142200535/fxt.zip put the file "fxtool" in /Applications/Tiffen/Dfx v2 AE/Tiffen Dfx v2.0/dfx.bundle/Contents/Resources/bin/ replacing the old fxtool.app then just repair premissions and Et Voilą! Enjoy! link and instructions borrowed from someone... don't really know who but thanks

Aperture plug in
Don't work (error decompressing archive).
Tried re-download but every time I get the same decompress error. Still is possible to install the plug in (despite error) but plugin reject any 11-digit combination when I try to register. Seems like corrupted archive file! Edited: this error don't occur when archive open using Mac's own Archive Utility (10.5) Should be an permissions handling issue or something.
