for a hosting package well do well to read this i had a Matser Reseller with this company one day i suddenly had problems signing into an account on this hosting it took em 2 hours to find out it had been suspended by the hosts with no prior notice what so ever not even any attempt to contact me afterwards either luckily my customer had not taken over use of this account yet and i was still in the process of making the site for him when i then contacted support which claims to answer all tickets within 24 hours day and a half later i finally get a reply only to tell em the account had been suspended for spamming no ellaboration or even any proof to the fact that this had actually taken place i asked what he meant by spamming t be told that i had apparently sent out tons of emails from the account which i couldnt quite figure out as i had not sent out any emails whatsover from this account so wither the account had been hacked or someone was telling porkies considering the fact i had liek 14 accounts/domains on this account so why i wouldnt of just spread them out across all these accounts is it was me but obviously thast wasnt taken into consideration i then contacted again and again waited on a reply in end only to be told that i will not be getting this account back will be staying suspended i ahve asked for the files back off this account but i sriously doubt i will get it so i have taken it upon myself to write this and show the support tickets i received from this company if you could call it support day n half to reply to me first request i think the customer service from this hosting company is non existant and quite poor really and as you can see from the corresponces answers are very vague and absolutely no explanation or proof being handed out for this situation so therefore im just writing this up as a warning to anyone who thinking of aquiring anything from these hosts my advice to you all would be to steer clear of php-community they they have the slowest support i have seen from any host yet and i have tried quite a few and personally i use 5 or 6 hosts at the moment i shall be posting this every possible to warn as many ppl as physically possible as you can tell from the support tickets below he is not very understanding and is very slow at getting back to you about your problems and not very helpful at all thanks for reading my warning about this host ...........

how do you mean spamming ? as far as i know no spamming has been made from this account as i am still in control of it so could you please give me an in depth reason instead of just this short explanation as am not very happy about this.

so how do i get the website back that i have built on there there are things on ther ei have no back up of can you at least give me the files from the account i never sent any emails from the account at all why would i send loads of emails from one account and not from any of my others

he said tons of emails, last time i remember all servers have provided, tape system or other records to verifiy emails going in or out, and yet he provides nothing but, regards frank.

first under all government internet laws, if you paid for services, and yet closure was done, some form of proof has to be provided to customer and law enforcement,

if site was hacked, company has to commit to investigations of hacker type, issues of all communications of what and where hacker may have went to and what he is after.

and sounds like dear Frank has done nothing more then send his best regards.

contact your law enforcement and have them open investigations on him and company, get your funds back, and have them provide valid proof for you and your client. if frank has issues with validity, then he will be returned to service, and you get your funds back, if he doesnt provide validity to law enforcement, then he does the jail time slammer dance with someone named bubba, and you still get funds back
