adding members can be easy, but advancing them from newbie to average to expoert status like

example a person with 1200 post and had donations factors added to their profile, and then add 50 upload share links posted to their profile makes them moderate junior member

showing participation in all forums activities, willing to share and help and communicate with many more members

set a post range for each classification of post participation, upload participation, donations participation, knowledge participation and social participation

example
1200 post 50 upload links 10 donations 10 dvdrips 50 software 120 interactive lounge

cutting score would be 1400 to be junior, with this tally, be scored at 1440, so makes junior plus 40 for next classification

just an idea, might be good or bad

A few other have also shared same idea.
We have now junior member , senior member , donator etc.

not excatly, there are tons of members on forum now that say thx bro hundreds of times, if even that, many more dont even post, yet are time lined as junior members by time not by interface with one another.

setting criterias for people to advance by their involvement with members staff, doing uploads shares downloads, info and such, interacts the group as whole, at same time will allow members to police the forums in place and help assists mods and admin with reducing some factors which helps ease the job at hand for them, and interfaces members to assist each other

i believe that we have brought this up before. mecho might be doing this at the same time as adding new awards

well the thing is this, awards dont really inspire interaction, make status levels and reward each level as they go up

whats a likable goal is for the members of the forum to become active and interactive with one another for one another, maybe when mods cant do something, another member can.

place more responsibilities within the members as well as mods and admin.

you can give a man a fish he will eat for the day, teach the man how to fish, he can eat for life
