Movie Collections Forum

I think ive mentioned this before, but I believe it is worth repeating. Can we please have a new section for Movie Collections


this would be a DVDRIP (or better, HDDVD BluRAY) only forum wheer movies of a collective genre are placed, and would contain stuff like:


All those "22 Disney Movies" Threads
ALL FIFTEEN of the Stickied Collection Threads in the DVDRips Section
Threads that Contain all seasons of a COMPLETED TV series/Movie Trilogy...etc (Example: Friends would work, but not Seasons 1-4 of Lost, since the series is not over)
Threads Like
John Wayne Wild West Movies
DC Super Heroes
Marvel Superheros


I would really like to know what the rest of you think

i've already told the starters of those threads that i'm not going to sticky any more because of how many that there are now, so a new forum just for them would be nice..

Yea i do agree, but the HDDVD Rips wouldnt fit in there unless you get a HDDVD Rip of Friends, which i doubt is out, so i guess it would need some child forums, but i do like the idea of that.

The Movies sections will be more organized that way i guess!

i think i confused you.

this would be collections of movies that were of those qualities.
Not a collection of those quality movies. I dont want to see a collection of 800 BluRay Movies. Thats retarded and it doesnt really help people.

However take the LOTR Trilogy

it would be :

LOTR Trilogy BluRay Rip Collection. OR LOTR Trilogy DVDRip. Collection

I was mostly saying that I wouldnt want anything in it that was less than DVD Quality.

since im a mod, and i suggested the idea, and moe's a mod, and he seems to agree with me, i dont think we mind.

I also think it's a GREAT idea. the stickys are getting outta hand. I think the only "problem" would be that you'll get a lot of repeats within the collections, but i don't care... as long as the forum is clean.

It wouldn't be more work for mods at all. there seem to be enough of us to handle it.

not muhc of a problem. every time someone posts the Indiana Jones Trilogy collection we merged them. No matter what group did the dvdrip. (Which by the way, aren't supposed to be shown in the title anyway... )
