Explain the Moderator please

I understand what moderators do on the site, I see that your looking for a few so I would like to help but I don't have a complete understanding of what they do. Thanks Guys

the best way that i can explain it is to post what it says in my thread for new trial mods..

a coulple more that have been added are..
members need to have at least 10 posts to make a request..
internal live links are allowed (like the one that i posted above)..
it's external live links that are against the rules here..
never edit another mods post.. if you find something wrong with one of their posts then PM them and let them take care of their own post..

us full mods will still edit your posts whenever we see anything wrong with them..

please don't reply to posts by saying thank you or anything like that..
every time that you mod a thread/post you must leave a comment on what you did to it..
never delete a thread/post, you are only to bin them..

There are also, many users out there that use the "_ByMechoDownload" tag or even mechodownload for pass,
but THESE users ARE NOT members of the MD Upload Team

*Only uploaders have access to post on ByMechoDownload sections and therefore any other post made by any other
user SHOULD NOT be moved there.

Lastly, ByMechoDownload sections, have nothing to do with regular sections, and the posts there should not be merged with those of the regular zone..
If it was the same thing, then there wouldn't be a reason to have ByMechoDownload sections!

And finally, when merging, DO NOT merge regular with portable appz..

admin
super mod
full mod
donator
trial mod
reporter

you'll notice that donators are above t-mods..

if you say thanks to 20 posts in less then 2 minutes, then it's spam..
if you actually download something then it's ok to give thanks, but to do it just to up your post count, then it will be considered spam and your posts will be deleted and you may also get banned for a few days..
