Best Way to Start vBulletin Forum

I am wondering of how the best way is to create a vBulletin forum including areas to find plugins. Anyone that has created a forum please can you offer advice? Thanks all.....will greatly appreciate it...

well u have to buy VB License first then u can use vb.org site and their support .. otherwise u should search for nu_ll versions in other forums ! then u can start ur work !

p.s. my suggestion 2 u is that never use nu_ll version .. that's not secure at all

You have to be a licensed member and have already bought a vbulletin forum.

I believe when you sign up at the site I gave you, it will ask you for confirmation or get confirmation from vbulletin that you have purchased a license.

If you have already done this, I think you have to use a FTP to upload the files to your site.
As for how to do that, I will have to look that up.
