How do you combine iso files

how do i combine multiple iso files using ultra iso?

Well, whether or not you can combine the ISO files would be dependant on their content. Not all ISO files can just be joined.

However, if you want to take just normal data files from several ISOs and then make it all into one big ISO, just..
1) Open the ISO with Ultra ISO
2) Extract the content to a folder
3) Repeat for any other ISOs but extract to the same folder
4) Then, use the free program IMGBurn (google it) in build mode to build yourself a new ISO of all the files. (I'm not too familiar with the Ultra ISO layout, hence my suggestion of IMGBurn).

If you can consider to change NERO it should do it "automatically". At least I ones noticed that kind of option. May I ask that kind of ISOs you want to connect?

You can also use Winrar or a similar archive manager and unpack the files, then use ultra-ISO to repack them into a single ISO file.
