it depends what's in the bin file..
first you need to open it and see what files are in it..
to do this you can use a program like ultraiso, poweriso, winiso, ect....

once you let us know what's in the bin file then maybe we'll be able to help you out..

Theres a VCD type file when I extracted the Bin file, not what can I convert it with?I tried video convert master but that didnt work, i also tried MPEG4 Direct Maker, that did not work also

well u got the .DAT file when u extracted the .BIN file, right ??? Try River Past Video Cleaner

the dat file is a mpg file.. just rename it to mpg..
