| It's a driver problem or bad audio card, First you need to have the right driver's for your audio card,creative.com is the home site for all sound blaster card's,download the File attn: click save file, save to a folder on your computer,be sure it's the driver for your operating system and audio card series,if it's a exe file just click on it ,it will install automatic,if it's a zip ,extract it to a folder, open device manger and select your sound card in the list, and click update driver's, browse to where your driver folder is,"where the extracted file's are ,and click on driver .inf or what ever is showing for driver, finish install and reboot...hope this help's...
