Question Help in Converting songs ...
I want to convert a MP3 (.mp3) to OGG VOBRIS (.ogg) format .....
I am using some softwares but i am not satisfied with them .....
I want to make the songs to 400 kb ~ 800 Kb ( Quality doesnt matter ... if i hear the words and sound in the song thats enough ..... )
If anyone provide some software and a small tutorial (like wat Quality rate i should use like Bitrate , audio sample rate ...)
PLZ i need fast help plz !!!!!!!

.oog fromat generally reduces the quality ..even if u donn alter the bitrate of mp3 ur using....
