| Like i said if you burn the files ex: (windows vista) the file on that ISO is too large to fit in one CD-R you need to burn that into a DVD-R (+ or -). and if the file is an operating system it would be a really big headache to try and install the operating system on a machine trust me i would not recommend this.
just burn the file into a dvd.

CD-R: 700 - 800 MB ( this can be used for most programs even xp pro,home, ect...)
