Internet Options Tools ?

I am having a problem with my internet Options "PRIVACY" settings! Everytime i set to default and it returns to "ACCEPT ALL COOKIES" Reset All Zones To Default Level Button is not Active, "DIM" I have scaned for virus and spyware but nothing was found! So, should do rectify this problem?

When you go into IE to adjust the Privacy Settings, I use the slide bar to adjust to desired level and then Click the "Apply" button before clicking "OK".
If it continues to revert to any other setting than the one you chose I would suggest running a tool like "Win Patrol" to check for unwanted brouser add-ons.
Hope this is of some use to you, I found your question a little hard to understand so I may be off the mark here ?

Shutdown other prevenative application you might be running that reverting the settings on you

The settings is being stored in Registry. Maybe something is reverting your registry changes whenever you restart.
