azzi371 thanks for the suggestion I already have Ulead10 tried that didn't unblock the digital blocks. The blocks I'm talking about r the ones they use to as censor hide parts of the video. Guess u could call them "censor blocks".
Thought I saw a video edit program posted saying it would remove the digital censor blocks.
