I am among those kaspersky users with the 'Black key syndrome' i heard the next-best in-line is Esset Nod 32 but depending on how you tweak it so , im pleading with all the knowledgeably blessed ones to help out if there is nothing on the kaspersky, then which one should we run to for cover? and if the Nod is that good pls can someone outline the the configurations we need to take to make our system a fortress.

Have run NOD32 on two PC's for a couple of years. Standard configuration, all functions on. Has nipped everything in the bud.

Firewall - Anti Spyware - etc.
I been using NOD32 for 2 years on all my computers, not one problem ever since. for a long time i used to be very faithfull to Mcafee but it slow down my pc liek there was no tomorrow!
Also a good firewall with your antivirus is another great protection agains all bugs, make sure you have one.
