I extracted Photoshop after downloading from adobe trial site, and when finished extracting, it should automatically take me to install wizard, only it doesn’t…
I didn’t have this problem installing flash just minutes earlier. So I opened extracted folder and tried launching from there, it’s the same thing.
Then I opened “add or remove programs”, and its there, but I cant uninstall it, (when I click uninstall, nothing happens) I cant understand why its hear in the first place when I didn’t get the install wizard for it.
I had a cracked version installed previously, but due to some complications had to remove it, and I think I did it properly, I’ have even deleted the trial key in windows registry editor…
Has anyone any idea how to fix this? Pleas help…!!! | | | | | 01-24-2008, 02:25 PM | #2 | | {[Prince Of Persia]} Join Date: Feb 2007 Last Online: 01-07-2009 03:53 PM Location: Netherlands Posts: 1,260 | I don't know how to fix this but you can try Photoshop CS3 Portable.

But its sooooo slow and if i click on a psd file that is on my desktop, it says "... is not a valid Win32 application" is there a way to fix this? i know i can open the file only if photoshop is open but is there another way? | | | | | 01-24-2008, 09:09 PM | #4 | | Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Last Online: Yesterday 08:51 PM Location: Eastern England Posts: 106 | mill, look in your root 'c' drive and go to 'Program Files'. Then locate 'Adobe' folder. In here there will be a folder called 'Photoshop CS3' or similar. Right-click on it, and delete it. This should remove all installation files from your machine. If you encounter any errors when trying to delete folder, run 'Task Manager' and close all applications that may be using this program (eg: Photo Downloader, located in the taskbar) Run your original installer and use the 'Corp' version keygen. I'll provide a link if you need this?
Photoshop CS3 Portable has issues on some machines! |

do you mean system restore from control panel? I'm a bit weary about that, i used it on my other laptop, and it worked grate, but then i got to confident with it and the second time i used it, it messed up my system, and i lost all of my programs & documents ... so be careful wit it... | | | | | 01-26-2008, 02:47 PM | #9 | | {[Prince Of Persia]} Join Date: Feb 2007 Last Online: 01-07-2009 03:53 PM Location: Netherlands Posts: 1,260 | Quote: Originally Posted by mill thanks for that, it worked...

You can start photoshop, press Ctrl + O and open your files with it.
or you can do system restore and than try to install CS3 again | | | | | 01-26-2008, 04:00 PM | #10 | | Donator Join Date: Jun 2007 Last Online: Yesterday 04:14 PM Posts: 173 | mill, I'm using VISTA..n the programs I'm trying to install with cracks n serial gens r not uninstalling the normal way...still leaving behind a .dll file, which I can't delete...so the folder n one file remains in the program files folder...only way I could remove them was system restore...
doing restore doesn't affect the document files.. | | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | All times are GMT.
