total clean?

Hi folks....Can anyone recommend software that completely removes ALL the garbage that is usually left behind when a body uninstalls a programme or apps.
I have found that some pre-install programme...You know the type....You use it to install stuff for you so when you uninstall it it is suppose to remove everything, But never does.

I personaly use 'Smarty uninstaller'. Its a very good software.you can try this.

Give this a go too ..Ashampoo UnInstaller 3 , it removes programs from your system without a trace, allowing you to test software with confidence because you know it’s not going to “dirty” your computer. It makes this easy, monitoring the installation of new programs automatically and enabling you to remove them completely with a couple of clicks.
