concerning reputation power

Excuse me if this is a silly question ..... but I have read the article about rep power and dont understand what shall I do if I receive rep power

for example if I have 2 neutral rep.... and two positive rep ..... what should I do??!!

I saw that there is rep points .... how could I know how many I have ??!!

go to the user cp and it will show you the last 5 that you have recieved..

OK .... I already knew that but I have 2positive and 2 neutral but still my reputation power is 0 .....??!! could you explain to me please when will it increase although I have four ... ??!!
