Trouble Installing Football Manager 2008

I already installed FM 08 on my laptop before, and it's run well.
But I uninstalled it.
And yesterday I want to installed it again.
But when I want to play it, the error came out "doesn't meet minimum system requirements".

I already try to change program run on windows 98, 95, NT, and 2000.
But still not working...

Anybody can help me ?

Well if it says that, then it's not meeting the system requirements.

It won't matter what OS you try rynning it on, if your harware dosen't match what the software needs, it wont be able to run.

Like processor speed, RAM, GFX card and etc..., so check that.

But if there is a problem with my hardware,
then i shouldn't able play this game when first time I installed it.

As I remember, I only update my VGA driver since I uninstaled this game.

Is change the driver take an effect ?

Ok, i am goona need you to ask this:

Post the system requirements for the Game.

Post all your computer info, OS, RAM, Processor speed etc.
(Go to Start>Right click My Computer> Properties. and copy and paste all the info)

Also

Do this:

Start>Right click on my computer>Properties>Hardware>Device Manager.

Check to see if you have a exclamation mark next to your controller or yellow hazard or any type of mark.

If you do, then right click it and uninstall it, then restart computer, if it keeps happening then download this tool from this post and see if it can fix it.

My laptop specification :

Windos XP Profrssional 2002 SP2
Intel Core 2, 1.66 Ghz, 1.67 ghz
1 gb RAM
ATI radeon HD 2300 256 mb

Game requirements :

Minimum:

Windows XP
1.2GHz processor
256MB RAM

Recommended

Windows XP / Vista
AMD or Intel Dual Core 2.2GHz
1GB RAM

DirectX 8.1 compat Sound Card
4x CD ROM drive
1024x768 32Bit display
750MB HD Space
MS compat mouse & Keyboard

I already checked on device manager, and I didn't found problem there.

Check to see if you have the latest directX installed, i m guessing that's where the problem is.

Plus your laptop looks old considering that you only have 1.66 ghz of processing speed.

But, if the problem is on my laptop,
then I already can't play it since first time I installed it.
And also my directX....

well what happens is you might have upgraded it, and then when you uninstalled the game, you might have done a system recovery which would set back your directX to the manfactured installed state.

hhmm..
but if there is a problem on my directX,
the game usually put such a directX instaling right after the instalation process.

But I installed everything correctly.

But I'll try to find the latest directX and installed.

I already check my directX and I have the 9.c version. I think it's latest enough.
