Windows 2003 keeps restarting

laptop with Win2003 suddenly keeps restarting (there is no blue screen).

Now I am sure that there are some programs that was installed is causing this problem.

Which CD utility let allow to access these program to uninstall them.

I do not have system restore point,,,I can not boot into safe mode.

I tried to use repair option from window CD , but without any success.

I have used many bootable CDs , but all of them would not let me to access those programs.

The CDs that I had used :

1- ERD Commander 2007

2- Emergency Boot CD

3- MiniPE-XT

4- Geek Squad Repair Disc

All the above CDs were not helpful.

is there any other CD that let me to uninstall those programs ?

Well, can you boot into BIOS? if you can, then change your Boot from : ( from your harddisk to your Recovery CD) ( THIS SHOULD WORK!). Try changing boot options and play around with it, it should work.
