Pictures and albums

Hello,
As a new member I read the following in the FAQs:

As a member, you can create Albums of images that are linked to your public profile. Albums can be created by visiting the User Control Panel, and clicking on the 'Pictures & Albums' link, and then clicking on 'Add Album'.

But I can't see the Pictures and Albums link in my public profile.

Can anybody help me?

it's on the left under Networking..

Thanks for your answer but under "networking" are only two points:

Networking
Contacts & Friends
Social Groups

can't still find the albums.

Its only available for donaters.

Regular members can't have a album.

Hey azziz, the screen shot you took is for moderators.

Normal members can only see the first two options!

I know this because i tried look after what m1o1e1 said, And i wasn't able to find it!
