creating 1 executable file

Hi, need help on creating an exe file which works just like SFX archive (winrar) but can run a splash screen (not window type) before the extraction. Its not actually an installer that installs on program files directory but instead on the temp directory and automatically runs the program extracted. Thanks for any help.
