See I have this adobe reader you know the free from the official website and when I open a pdf archive it says the accept and decline well I click accept and it doesn't do anything and I click decline and happens the same

I think V8 might be too heavy for your system. Am I correct to assume you are running on a PIII?
I would try v5, v5.5, or v6. they are less system hogs then 8.
