I'm new with Photoshop I don't know anything about it but where do I paste the addons once I have them

I have Photoshop CS2

plugins go in the plugins folder in the working directory of photoshop.. brushes in the brushes directory.. etc...

usually c:/program FIles/Photoshop etc... ya know the deal..
None of my files are password protected. That is for noobs & Kids. It only causes more problems.
