Need a Software to make Index of my collection

Hi guys

I know there are plenty of softwares to make index of and manage songs/movie collections..but i need a plain light software to make index of my mobiles swares,pc swares, utube vdoz collection...

I have made one in MS xcel 2007 but dont like coz of its loadin time..

can any1 plz tell me if there is any sware to do this and also provides quick search option..
