Nero 9 patent activation help?

I am looking for nero 9 patent activation help? I downloaded and installed patches but not working. Thanks for any help.

When recording a movie a pop up appears reading third party activation needed.

oohh okay..never had that happen to me..

maybe if you had anydvd running in the background it might stop that from happening,(just a thought)..
