Anyone know how to delete registration info such as serial data? I accidentally used a trial key and now it says "License expired" every time I open, instead of giving me the option to put in a new key. Anyone know how? Simply uninstalling or using AppZapper didn't work.

If you entered a trial key which expired and need help, you could call Adobe as I'm sure they'd love to take your credit card info and register you then and there.

Try via internet. Type the exact phrase at google or yahoo. Then you'll find somewhere the process. It's a little bit difficult but you have to try because you wont play adobe suite never again. In short in the direction you will follow you finally erase via terminal some lines and then your problem will be solved. Good lack. I did it and it worked.

i've always managed to get it to reset by deleting the file as stated in one of the above articles then restarting the app

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache/cache.db

This is exactly correct...use finder to find any and all cache.db and delete them. Then run CORE's keygen to edit your hosts then generate a new key. Reinstall and learn also how to use Little Snitch and other assorted warez.
