I have had excellent results with Audials Tunebite for DRM removal.

You do have to play the song/file completely through for it to remove the DRM, but this software allows you to select multiple files at a time and depending on your system/sound card you can run multiple songs simultaneously and also speed up the playback of the songs.\
I have removed hundreds if not thousands of DRM from music files with really good results.

Thanks! I'm going to give this App a shot. I guess the waiting is a drag but honestly, whatever gets to hundred or so, important iTunes purchased files out from under their DRM is payoff enough for me. Thanks again and I'll let you know how/if it works.
