Eee PC problems
I have just inherited an Asus 901 Eee Pc, which is slow, compared to conventional laptops, but which I would like to clean up to pass on to a child. However, this machine sports an SSD, about 10 Gb in size and partitioned, with C being about 4 Gb, with half a Gb remaining free, and the rest on D, which has disappeared from my Computer. This thing runs Xp, by the way.
Has anyone experienced such a thing as this, and is there anything to be done, short of replacing the SSd which you may not believe, costs an arm and a leg. Of course, Asus refuse to help, claiming loss of warranty, as if that is important. Thanks in anticipation of some advice. |
