Need an opinion !!!

Hi guys !
After i installed win Vista , i tried to activate by use auto activation and check genius activation win. afterward, i prompted me to reboot, and then i got a black screen with words Reclaim memory not found !..
I tried to reboot my computer many times and what i got was the same problem.I couldnt boot my win Vista So, what does it mean by memory not found ? What i have to do to fix it !

get a bootable xp disk and try to install
otherwise press f8 key when windows load, you will see some boot option there, try safe mode
