AVG8 Key not working

the AVg8 file i downlaoded from megaupload is asking for the key, and the key given in the file is not workitng.. and rapidshare link is also not working... plz help

May be the key is blacklisted or expired.

by the way is it the AVG Internet Security or the AVG Anti-virus.
