Works fine here, maybe some problem with your browser or ISP. make sure you are running Firefox or Opera & javascript is enabled on these browsers, it should work fine then

Its the expired session problem . That means you left the counter page for too long beyond the indicated time. Just try out again but this time try to press the download button as soon as it appears .

exactly what aakansha said... if you leave the page too long and come back, RapidShare expires the session for security purposes and you have to redo it ... but it otherwise should work ok
