i think an anti virus is useful if you share files with pc and you don't want to contaminate them; even if a virus won't hurt your mac, it can be inactive on your osx but can spread through network, usbkey or hard drive exchange with pc.

Don't mean to be a party pooper, but why bother with this type of product in OS X. Really, I don't get it, and I've been in the computer world for 20 years, started in the BSD 4.3 days ... I have MACs and win PC machines in my home metwork and the MACS are just no problem. In my opinion this product in this space fills the FUD concern (Fear, Uncertainty, forgot the 'D' ...)

Thank You Phillia, I just had to reinstall all of my Application per i had some HD Problems this will help for Future problems.

I'm new to this world of sharing software through the internet. It saves a lot of money, and a great learning experience to be technicly self provificient.
