Filesonic.com, formerly next biggest after Megaupload, as of January 22nd, officially removed the ability to download files that have not been uploaded personally. Obviously because of the scare created by Megaupload's demise. I know of other P2P sites that operate on a donations basis and this may protect them legally. We will all, of course, be hoping that the accusations against Megaupload will not hold up in court. One of the major charges levied against Megaupload is for "racketeering". Not sure exactly what that refers to.

They are all dropping one at a time sadly.
