nope the language is a professional quality english dub

that link also says it's 140 minutes, and not 4 avi's..

it's an OVA which means it's in parts like it says in the post 1st avi 47min and the next 3 avi's 30 mins which adds up to 137 mins or roughly 140 mins once you include the seconds, heres a link that can explain it
