Thumbs up 3DS Max 8 for Beginners ?

Can anyone get me a Fundamental .. or basic tutorial of 3DS Max 8 ? well whitch tells about the interface ... of the software .. for wat the buttons there for like wise ... how to open a basic 3d file like wise .... plz help :-S
