Burn the nrg file on a CD as an image, make regular recovery points on your Windows XP, should you mess it up at a later stage and should it become unbootable, you can boot from the ERD image and enter an explorer like enviroment from where you can make a total recovery using your system recovery points or you can repair your system manually if you know what you are doing.This will safe all your programms, games and savegames, emails .....everything.This old Winternals Edition doesn't have the changes that Microsoft made to the program after they bought it and took it off the shelves.
