Backup2009 Pro is a powerful backup and synchronization software

It is able to backup open and locked files through the Microsoft's Virtual Shadow Copy technology. Backup2009 Pro allows you to create sophisticted backup strategy. Backup or synchronize any kind of digital data among multiple PCs. It comes with its own burner driver, supports any kind of medium (network drive, USB external disk, FTP server...). Multiple tools help the user to take control over backup tasks. Through an Explorer like interface the user can easily access to any backup components: script detail, log files, catalog, history and available backup files.

Restoring
Backup2009 Pro offers numerous ways to restore files. The Restore function allows you to restore an entire archive file, or all files backed up since the last full backup. But from this function you can access to the archive file ans select only files or folders to restore. You can also provide a filter to restore only files matching your criteria or to exclude files from the restore process.

You are able to restore files to the original location or to a new destination folder, including network drive.

The Quick Restore function allows you to restore files using skeletons for restoring group of files. The function can also resotre files from archive files even if the script is no longer available.
